Is there anybody who knows how can I find a suitable column for detecting a nonaqueous liquid possibly containing Carbonate groups i.e. DMC, EC, etc using HPLC chromatography methods?

I don't know what are the components of the liquid and the only thing I know is that the liquid is a commercial Li-ion Battery electrolyte. Although an FTIR spectrum is available I'm not able to figure out what specimen could be related to the signals either.
