how we can calculate the maximum possible solubility for an API?

Hi,

- Prepare a saturated solution of your API in a specific solvent under controlled temperature as required.

- Take the clear supernatant, filter and analyze against a standard solution of known concentration of the API in mg per mL using a reliable analytical method (eg. HPLC or UV spectrometer).
