I think you can give a formula for material properties using the variables that dynamically change your material properties. You should then loop your analysis till a specific condition is met. (Note the specific condition might just be number of iterations.)

YES, you are right that i need to write a formula consisting relation of material property change and stress/strain. i have that formula but i need to incorporate it to the ANSYS so that it is recognize by ANSYS and update trhe material properties.

It's very simple you can assign the material properties to a particular part by manually adding respective material properties in ANSYS.
