hey thanx guys, but i do have these files. However, this sheet does not mention AscI enzyme, neither in the cutter list nor in the non-cutter list.

Then search the "includes" part, there you can found (pTZ57R Sequence in FASTA format). In this way you can get the completed sequence of your plasmid!!
