I want to model a polymeric nanoparticle for some optical and thermal modeling simulation. For that I need to first model the nanoparticle, so for that what would be the most suitable software preferred open source that can be used to model it and software to do the optical and therma simulation. If known please provide a detailed guide on modeling the polymeric nanoparticle!! Thanking in advance :)
