Has anyone designed guideRNA for multiple targets using polycistronic-tRNA-gRNA expression system?

I am planning to design guideRNA for multiple targets to express as a polycistronic-tRNA-gRNA expression. I would like to know whether we need to include any linker between the tRNA and guideRNA for proper expression and processing. Any suggestions in this regard would be grateful.
