I am conducting cytokine measurements using a multiplex assay. Some of the proteins are yielding results that fall outside the standard curve values, either below (< OOR) or above (> OOR). If feasible, I aim to replace these missing values with actual data and subsequently reanalyze my dataset. Additionally, my analysis covers more than five analytes, with some showing values > OOR and others < OOR.
