Hi everyone!

I have a problem with mixing my virgin coconut oil in DMEM for cytotoxicity purpose. I already used 10% Tween20, tween80 and DMSO. Unfortunately it formed unstable homogenous solution (tend to form layers after few minutes). I am considering to use distilled water as my vehicle solvent- as I think there may be a possible reaction with oil and components in DMEM, but not sure.

It will mean the whole world to me if anyone can suggest me any method or help me in any way possible.
