How to determine density and viscosity of essential oil Melaleuca cajuputi?

The real question is how to do dilution of essential oil (EO), which have been extracted from the same species but different time and result in different viscosity. The first EO extracted is a bit thicker compared to the second time extraction. Both are unadulterated EO, but i want to standardized the dilution for the experiment.

sure, the first extraction have the majority of compounds and it looks like thick or viscous. but the next extraction have few compounds (diluted)

to dilute the viscus oil, you can add methanol after complete drying by using suitable method to dry to prevent loss of volatile oil.
