I want to measure thermal comfort parameters, and at the same time I want to measure illuminance and noise. Is it possible I categorised all of the parameters under thermal comfort condition components or should I change them under thermal comfort environment instead.
Please advice.

I think if you are measuring thermal parameters as a factor of psychological discomfort than you must include illuminance and noise. If your study is fully related to the physical comfort of inhabitants, in that case, you may leave them. Because they will least affect physically.
There are important differences between thermal comfort on the one hand and illuminance and noise on the other. People can adapt to thermal conditions by changing their clo-value (clothing). Illuminance can be enhanced locally by lighting, or shading. In any case, consider the influence of each comfort factor on the activities of the people (children) exposed. For instance: noise has influence on speech intelligibility and concentration, but the sounds can be essential for the playing of children.
It depends on the objective of the research just like what Evert Ph.J. De Ruiter wrote.
