Who is responsible for making a country corruption free?
1. Government
But govt. takes financial help from industrialists.....
2. Public servants , they themselves get jobs by political references, by giving bribe...how one can expect honestly from them?
3. General public, they don't have time, they are puppets in the hands of govt. and corrupt officers.
Last option is God, just sit down and pray to God for whole life, in the mean time the person will be in the last stages of his life .......
What are your views?
It is impossible to remove corruption from a country. However it may be reduced up to some extent only by formulating strict rules and by making provision of minimum 7 years of imprisonment for people doing corruption.

We can achieve an economy with near zero corruption by creating job opportunities because most people are corrupt or aid corruption in order to earn a living. Strict law must be in place to prosecute offenders.
What is corruption? It's people not doing what they should, or doing what they shouldn't! Greedy children....
To make people do what they should, you put them in a box! Constraints, restraints, punishments....
You take away what's of value to them...their favourite "toy."
You're best to have "mummy" watching them. Good, honest anti-corruption forces. Brought in from outside if necessary.
God might play mummy's role. He used to, until too many people stopped believing.
In short, you create a framework in which doing the correct things is clearly more in my self-interest than the opposite!

Corruption is the vice of civilization. Inseparable from one another.
I think by education, a well educated people will never ruin their country with such awful action.
For this my opinion is if you are not a part corruption then country is corruption free apply it to every countrymen
Let's first look at what corruption is "an abuse of power for personal or collective gain" is typically the working definition used (or some variation of the above). The question of how this can be stopped is a tricky one - indeed there are many approaches used, some believe public shaming and condemnation will do so, others (like myself) believe that accountability is the right approach to be taken - I can't speak in particulars as I'm not sure what corruption you're referring too.
But ultimately the responsibility rests with institutions, and strong, independent institutions are a necessary prerequisite to begin to clamp down on corruption - when folks believe they can operate with impunity to benefit themselves - they in many cases will.
