I am fluent in 5 languages, Dari, Pashto, Urdu, English, Arabic. The only disadvantage, in my opinion, is that learning more than one language can become confusing really fast, especially learning them at the same time. This is because different languages mean different ways of processing information, thinking, verbal communication, culture, and so forth.
Generally majority are acquainted with 3 languages mother tongue, regional language , national language & the language for the higher academic & for scientific research the language English has become equally popular . With this there are certain person who have with them a hobby of learning various language & such person know more than 6 to 7 languages
hi. three but I am really eager to learn French because more languages lead to more open-mindedness inspite of the demanding task of multilingualism and multiculturalism . best
I speak Spanish (mother tongue), English, learning Russian; French and Portuguese basic-level understanding. In my personal opinion, when you are learning languages you start to compare between them and somehow gets easier to learn them, however has happened to me that sometimes I forgot a word meaning from one language and remember it in another one.
I speak Arabic, English, and Malay. I write only Arabic and English. I wish I could find a chance to learn new languages because the more languages you know, the easier your life becomes.
