I suggest you do a 3-D plot of the data and fit a plane to the results in the figure for each condition. By rotating the plot you should be able to better interpret the interaction. You would have age by time by DV (z-axis) for each condition assuming you have enough data. You could also break up your group into meaningful age ranges and plot the results accordingly.
