Hello,

I tried isolating total RNA that preserves miRNA from 1.2 ml of patient DLBCL serum using miRCURY kit and obtained a concentration of just 9.7 ng/ul on nanodrop. I plan on using this sample for sequencing and would require a higher concentration of the sample to start with. Is there any way where I could get an increased concentration of the same sample? I would need at least 33 ng/ul of sample to begin with, to get optimal results. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Thanks,
