Maurice Ekpenyong and Md. Firoz Alam thanks for sending me the links. By sample types, I am just trying to figure out which sample (leaf,stem etc) would be best for testing the cellulase activity? I recently came across fungi also showing high amount of cellulase activity. Is there a particular type that works definitely?
