Hello,
I have exosomal RNAs isolated from serum and plasma specimens of healthy and patient cases whose concentration is very low. The core facility at our university requires at least 1-10 ng to begin with and obtaining that high of an amount from exosomal serum or plasma has been very challenging. We want to perform a high-sensitivity exo-miRNA sequencing that can detect as low as picograms of RNA input. Can someone suggest good sequencing core facilities in the US that can perform this? Any suggestions or inputs would be hugely appreciated.
