alternativally you can try to use Dicroprot (https://dicroprot-prabi.ibcp.fr/)
a simple tool designed to integrate into a single package most of the methods designed for the estimation of protein sequence secondary structure derivation from circular dichroism experiments. I used it extenivelly during my PhD several years ago and it works quite well in my opinion.
Adrian Velazquez-Campoy OK. Looks like the site only goes to 2020 so an email to him may not work now ([email protected]). I guess you've tried the supplementary materials in Article Greenfield, N.J. Using circular dichroism spectra to estimat...
This gives a download containing a few programs and a ReadMe document.
If you find it interesting, we can suggest a method to process CD data on secondary structure content in water, recently published here: https://www.nature.com/articles/s42004-021-00499-x

Hi, I use CDNN software, too. If you are still looking for it, I can send you a zipped installation file. I have it running on a VMware Installation of WinXP and it works just fine.
