The chemical synthesis of silver nanoparticles using Silver NItrate and sodium borohydride as a reducing agent gives me the chemical synthesis of silver nanoparticles. But I want to know how can I draw the chemical structure of silver nanoparticles using ChemDraw or Avogadro? I know that a single silver ion is not a nanoparticle but a cluster or aggregates of silver ions that constitute the chemical structure. I am trying to find if it's possible to draw the chemical structure of the silver nanoparticles?

The structure of silver nanoparticles is not painted. It can be viewed with a transmission or scanning electron microscope.

Your question is not very clear. And what I understand you can not draw structure of Silve NPs as suggested by Prof. Yuri .
However, try to understand lattices pattern of silver and examine your NPs via HRTEM and FESEM
Dear Satyam, many thanks for sharing this very interesting technical question with the RG community. I fully agree with the answer given Yuri Mirgorod. It doesn't make much sense trying to draw the structure of silver nanoparticles using software like ChemDraw or Avogadro. Ideally, silver nanoparticles are nanometer-sized segments of the crystal lattice of metallic silver. Thus they contain hundreds or thousands of silver atoms and are not well-defined molecules. To give you a good impression of how silver nanoparticles really look like on the atomic level please see the following very interesting article in which the Ag NPs have been studied by means of high-resolution electron microscopy (HREM):

What you can do when you prepare a ChemDraw is to symbolize the Ag NPs as shown in the attached picture.
