Dear Dr. Satyam Kumar Agrawal, the best technique is the one give acceptable results with the least expence with respect to the system under investigation. For me microfluidics methods are the best. Please take a look at the following document. My Regards

Nano precipitation method is a simple, effective, and rational method. Such a method requires no complex equipment. The operation is simple, and you could obtain lots of products (gram scale) in one day or hours. It's very proper to load hydrophobic drugs.
Here is a reference:
Yang Y , Ding Y , Fan B , et al. Inflammation-targeting polymeric nanoparticles deliver sparfloxacin and tacrolimus for combating acute lung sepsis[J]. Journal of Controlled Release, 2020, 321.
You could also use bovine serum albumin (BSA)/ human serum albumin (HSA) as carriers with ultrasonic emulsification. Ultrasonic cell breaker is available, and this method is also simple which could be easily handled by researchers with limited polymer materials preparation skills. BSA/HSA is excellent to be used in inflammatory regulation. Here is the reference:

A large number of methods are available today for the production of nanoparticles. The choice of method must be made taking into account various factors, such as the type of particle, the desired size, the particle size distribution etc. In the case of pharmaceuticals, it is rather necessary to focus on methods which make it possible to obtain products with the minimum of residual traces of solvents. In my opinion the methods of nano-precipitation, especially those with high gravity, with supercritical fluids are of some interest. For more details please consult the attached documents.
Thanks ,A large number of methods of getting nanoparticles but Nanoprecipitation method is simple to get in hours or a day but also depends the size of particles and constant release with distribution with minimum residual.A better way to precipitate taking high gravity to take less time and maximum yield .
