I have successfully installed MGL tools 1.5.7 in windows 11. After the installation is finished, when I run "AutoDockTools" by double clicking the icons on the desktop, the windows command prompt opens up and the AutoDockTool icon comes up where I can see the loading progress bar (see the attached image). But every time it reaches till 8% the command prompt closes. This happens every time.
I have re-installed MGL tools but the issue still persists. I have also added the necessary paths in the system environment variables, but still I am not able to resolve the issue. I have gone through several documentations but still can't find the answer. Any help in this matter will be highly appreciated.

I also found the same problem as you.
I spent up to 2 days getting that answer, until I installed a virtual machine with Windows 10 OS.
As a result, AutodockTools runs smoothly. It seems that this program cannot run on Windows 11 yet.
I hope it can help you or someone who is presented with a similar error the error occurs because AMD graphics drivers are not updated with the OpenGL API so there are some syntax problems. OpenGL is a necessary API for ADT or any of the mgltools software to run.
So you need to download OpenGL from the following link, although it is also available for AMD, Intel and Nvidia:

Download, follow the steps, give the permissions, restart your computer and MGLTools should run in windows 11.
