Hi! I'm doing neurospheres from neonates. I have then in suspension, and I need to do immunofluorescence. I always look at beautiful pictures from google images and the neurospheres are in spheroid format. However, now I know how to do immunofluorescence in the neurospheres stick into PEI substrate and differentiated in neuron precursors. How can I do immunofluorescence in neurospheres in spheroid format?
