Does concept of mycorrhizas include arbuscular mycorrhizas or both are the same?

I want to find a clear classification of

arbuscular mycorrhizas/endomycorrhizas/ectomycorrhizas/orchid mycorrhizas

Sorry for the bad English

Arbuscular mycorrhizas are sometimes called “endomycorrhizas” because the fungal partner forms intraradical structures (i.e., inside plant roots).

Endomycorrhizas include arbuscular (AMs), ericoid, and orchid mycorrhizas. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi are soil fungi belonging to the phylum Glomeromycota
