Alvena Shahid - you cannot share a licensed database online - sharing these ICDD/JCPDS data is a violation of the TOS.
Having said that, the actual orthorhombic MoO3 structure reference is Swanson, NBS Circular 624 II, 30, (1954), which reference should be pretty easy to find. And note that the hexagonal structure of MoO3 is metastable and changes to the orthorhombic form irreversibly at 450-75 C.
