How much HEPES should I add to differentiation inducing media for a couple hours long experiment outside the incubator?

I am working on human mesenchymal stem cells and trying to stimulate cells with high-frequency ultrasound microbeam. I want to observe cell morphology for a couple hours but we don't have a portable incubator on our microscope.
