How I process urine samples for analyses by SDS PAGE?

Hello everyone, I need some help here. I am interested in detecting a biomarker in urine.

However, I have never worked with urine and so I will need you advice on how to process the samples.

My suggestion is Polyethylene glycol (PEG8000) precipitation method.
