My b.vessel/cap is bigger than working space in autoclave. I wouldn't like to use lab drier, because high temperature reduce the life of seals and electrodes.

do you have a biosecurity chamber?? after 70% ethanol you might use UV light for the inner surfaces, but you need to remember that UV lights not going to pass trough the glass. That might be the simplest way to achieve a good sterility.
Thank you very much for your advices. Finally, I sterilized all removable components in autoclave or in 96% ethanol [electrodes], and glass vessel with steel cap were splashed with ethanol and ignited in biosecurity room.
It's impossible to reach valid sterilization with Ethanol or UV. Lab drier can destroy motor sealing, sensors. As an option liquid steam (long and too expensive). Or hot NaOH solution --> neutralization in place + ster.WFI washing (the same, too expensive), but you need a special design for Air in/out filters connection (sterilize separately).
If you are worried about reducing the life due to autoclave, you can use sodium hypochlorite, ethanol and UV light.
