For spreading of 100 microlitre of bacterial culture in juice, how long and what method I have to follow for vortex of 500 micolitre of bacterial culture?
Hi Azimun, vortexing is carried out to ensure homogeneity of bacterial organism within a culture. Using the normal means to vortex at high speed for 10 seconds, i believe is an ideal approach.

Another question, whether the speed and time of vortex depends on amount and viscosity of sample ( bacterial culture) or not. If depend, then 5000 and 500 microliter sample how long and how much speed I can use for my experiment. Could you please give me the idea about that?
Go ahead and vortex at the maximum speed and if there are some clumps still then you can pipet up and down to dissociate them. The bacteria are very hardy so you don't have to worry too much about bursting them, they can take it. you just want to make sure you get them fully resuspended before plating
