Hello,

I am planning to do a drug permeability between two different cell lines. I will be studying the permeability of a drug of size 15kDa. What is the best size of the insert, would 0.4um porosity be enough to let the drug pass through but not the cells? How do I remove the cells from the insert without trypsinization since we usually scrape these cells off the flask.
