I want to apply harmonic sine load to 2 story building frame. Building is going to model in Ansys/Abaqus and this for time history analysis of the structure. also suggest which one is easy for modelling and analysis.

i dont know about abacus but in ansys APDL its possible. u can do an apdl code for that

It depends on your application and how you want to apply the load. In Abaqus, this can be applied by controlling the amplitude of the load applied through the amplitude manger in the load module as following:
Module: Load >> Tools >> Amplitude >> Create >> Periodic
or you can define the pattern of variation by yourself through the Tabular option, which allows you to define amplitude vs. time in a form of table:
Module: Load >> Tools >> Amplitude >> Create >> Tabular
