Dear researchers
I've submitted a paper and got the feedback from the reviewers, on of the reviewers is asking for "the verification of the results in the proposed study"
How can I deal with this question ?
PS: I'm using simulink to model two shear building and then I'm coupling those two building with a MR damper (the total system is excited by earthquakes excitations) the solution is done by the state-space toolbox in simulink (MATLAB).

Could you elaborate more on your question ? I mean is it possible to share the full comment of the reviewer. Because, as far as I understood, the whole work is done numerically !

8- The verification of the results is necessary in the proposed study
and yes the work is 100% done numerically only. other paper published on the same work are not shearing the structure parameters (mass, stiffness, damping) and also the earthquake record informations (PGA, station, component), this is way it is difficult to compare my results with other papers results to verify the work.

If I were you I will try compare my outcomes that have a great influence on the conclusions with the available similar previous works in literature so that you can strengthen you study.

Here you came to the real problem, number of paper doing the same thing is very less, number of paper doing the same thing and giving their parameters (mass, stiffness, damping) and excitation used (earthquake station, PGA, component, fault type ...). it is "impossible to compare with others results.
