I am wanting to add Riboflavin at different concentrations (10uL, 100uL and 200uL) to my cell culture media (DMEM, not more than 6-7 mL per flask). The problem I am facing is that the higher the concentration the less solvent it becomes and starts to settle at the bottom of the media.

The sheet sheet from the supplier states that you can mix 1g in 3-15L water, but the problem is I don't require that high of an amount. I require not more than 1mg for 14mL of DMEM media for growing my cells, and mixing in water method is not working as well.

Hi Nupur,
You can try dissolving riboflavin DMSO, so that at your highest dose you are adding no more than 0.1% final concentration.
