I would like to second Dezhi that to obtain the spurious free dynamic range you have to frequency analyse your rated analog output signal using FFT.

So you nee to get the maximum analog output signal and then you analyse it using FFt. By inspecting the FFT plot you will get the maximum fundamental signal power Pf and also the greatest spurious frequency power Psm. You need only to to calculate the SFDR as= 10 log Pf/ Psm,

There is a concept: you measure the quantities as you define them.

A straight forward solution is to extract the data from Cadence in .txt format and then calculate the SFDR in MATLAB using "sfdr" function.
