I have a set of LAMP primer (reported in a similar experiment) and I want to measure specification of these primers, how could I measure the specification of these primers?

Can you explain your question a bit more? What do you mean by specification? Should the primers be species specific? Then you should run several experiments with different types of input DNA (e.g. mammal, bacterial) to see that kind of specificity.

For assess the PCR primers specificity, BLAST tool NCBI is used. Now my question is: what software is used for assess the LAMP primers specificity?
Ok, now I understand your question. I assume you can use the same software, but in any case (using PCR or LAMP) you also have to test it experimentally. So, then you would need the different DNA types.
