How could i make a graph of matrix depicting pairwise FST distances after using Arlequin ?

Is it possible to do with Rcmid function? I think I have real trouble linking Arelquin via the Rcmd button.Can anyone help how to make this graph. I used R package ver 3.01. Maybe someone has instructions on how to do this?
