As you see photo below, 3rd and 6th dish are distorted by heat(3rd : w/o water, 6th : w/ water). Oh my...
other dish isn't distorted seriously, I think because it not touched by oven's wall(metal). but 3rd and 6th was directly reached by oven.
but baking is need to immobilization... what shall I do? Is it OK just petri dish do not reached oven's wall directly?
I would recommend obtaining some glass petri dishes, that should solve the problem.

You can definitely wash, rinse, dry, and then autoclave them. Glass petri dishes have been around long before plastic. I remember when glass was the only option :-).
I agree with Barry Preuett. Glass is your best option and, yes, you can wash and the sterilize with the autoclave or by 200ºC over night (this last one will make them even RNase free).

I transfer DNA onto membrane, NC or nylon, then bake at 80°C to immobilize the DNA on the membranes. Maybe old school but works for my classes.
