It may be not exactly right. But I think if you can use Beer-Lambert law, there can be a possibility as it considers the relationship between concentration and absorbance.
You can drow a linear relation ship between optecl density of the solution and graident concentration of the materials up to reach the maxiumum value hich should be below 2. but the lowest is the better. then by excel program you can drw a linear relation ship between the optical density (Absorpance) and concentration. The regression equation of the trind line can be used to calculate the molar concentration at any absorbence within thr range.
Using Beer's law to get straight line (calibration curve) which is the dynamic range, then you can get the value of concentration by knowing the absorbance.
