Why i can not replicate PDMS mold out from master with nanoholes?

I have a master with nanohole with diametre ~ 200 nm and a depth of 150 nm.

i can not replicate the PDMS mold out from this master, every time PDMS is attached and fill the holes... Does anyone have the same problem? or did have experience the same?
