I want to make a lysing solution to lysis RBC and WBC in the cell counter device but with the human blood the WBC is all in lymph. what should I do?

I need to make a lysing solution to lyse the RBC and WBC for using in cell counter of sysmex k1000. When I use the blood control all parameter are normal but when I used the human blood the cell counter device can't detect the lymph, mix and neut and reported the all WBC in lymph between 50-100 fL. I don't know where is the problem?
