Hey everyone,
I am trying to do a FEA analysis on my drone design. I am using the ANSYS Static Structural program. I uploaded my STL file into the program but when I try to generate the mesh, an error message appears.
I am not sure as to how to go about this problem. I have attached the error image for your reference.
I would really appreciate if you could help me out. Thank you everyone.

First of all segregate parts that need to be meshed with shell and solid elements. Extract midsurface if required. Then mesh the part one by one. To get better mesh, you may need to split the parts or carry out some Boolean operations.

With this picture only, it's difficult to find the problem. Few ideas :
- Your geometry seems to have a problem (there is a "?"), check that out
- It's a multi-body geometry, check connections between parts
- There is a mesh generation problem, try to mesh part by part (eg. mesh the smaller part, then mesh part connected to the previous one, and so on)

As commented before, with the image provided is difficult to give us a correct response.
In my opinion, mesh problems are related to the initial desing. Check taht all of your model is well designed and no error with solid are loaded into Ansys.
