hi
How can I separate plasmid 310kb from gram positive bacteria bacillus anthracis? If we isolate genome, then plasmid comes together. Even all the plasmid isolation procedure showed presence of genomic dna also.
Hello Fahmeh,
you could try and seperate the two different kinds of DNA by electrophoresis and extract your plasmid DNA from the gel afterwards.
Best wishes
Dirk
Thank you very much Mr. dirk
Hi
You can use gel extraction technique by any gel extraction kit protocol .
Good Luck
