The very good that you can use is glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) or B-actin or glucose-6-phosphate isomerase (GPI) but in my opinion the best is hydromethyl-bilane synthase (HMBS).
We are using Beta-Actin or GAPDH. But in tissue it is sometimes useful to test different housekeeping genes and use the mean, since it's quite difficult to get even results.
You should try three housekeeping genes B-Actin, GAPDH and 18s rRNA so that you can optimize and compare your results with all three in case anything goes wrong. Still, as per my experience, In hepatocytes (differentiated from stem cells), B-Actin works very fine.
