Thank you for your guidance ,MR Abhishek Kumar . But De novo assembly will not help me a lot. I'm going to do the whole genome sequencing of an Iranian sheep breed and register it in the NCBI That Previously, the whole genome sequence of texel sheep ( As a reference ) has been register in Ncbi . However, it may help me ?

analysis will be same. But if genome is known do Mapping to reference instead of de novo assembly.
