How can I resuspend a Glass milk solution for geneclean that dried up?

I'm using the geneclean kit that uses glass milk to separate DNA. I've used it previously, but it's been a few months and the glass milk is dried up. I've vortexed it and heated it, but can't get it to become liquid again- those have done the trick in the past. Any suggestions?
