How can I get the equivalent signal of one frequency from a signal with number of frequencies one after the other?

I have a signal with 17 number of frequencies (1Hz to 17Hz with increment of 1Hz). 1Hz frequency is followed by 2Hz, 2Hz is followed by 3Hz,4Hz,5Hz....17Hz. I want to obtain a signal with one frequency and it must be equivalent to given signal. Please help.

Did you use the wavelet packet transform (WPT) for signal separating? I think WPT may work in this case.
