How can I calculate the p2 value ibn this table which indicate the relation between sepsis and sex by spss?

I hope everyone a good day

I want to know how can I calculate the p2 value in the table attached

I calculate the p1 by crosstab from spss which mean there is no difference between sex and the 2 studied group but p2 mean what???and how can I calculate?
