6-well have a surface area of 9.5cm2 and 24-well plate 1.9cm2 = 5X

please have a look into product description of your inserts which surface that they have. And than you can easely calculate the scale factor.

Further to the answer above, do check individual product details as the total SA of different inserts does vary depending upon manufacturer. In addition, the pore size is highly importatn for such models.
