Personal interviews: where a meeting is scheduled between the counselor and the beneficiary to discuss the psychological, social, and practical problems that the beneficiary is suffering from.
2. Individual online sessions: where individual sessions are conducted in chat rooms that allow the beneficiary and the counselor to communicate in real time.
3. Telephone calls: where the beneficiary can contact the counselor by phone to talk to him about his psychological problems.
4. Group sessions: where people suffering from the same problem are brought together to talk and exchange opinions and advice.
The bodies organizing psychological counseling and guidance must provide appropriate conditions and privacy for the sessions to ensure freedom of expression and the privacy of the beneficiaries. Counselors must also follow the rules of ethics and act with precision and respect for the beneficiaries and their problems.
