I am trying to work with CRISPR Cas9 and our team is interested in working on KRas gene mutations, we haven't started as yet and are doing preliminary research currently... can anyone help me with a standard protocol on this?

I understand the crispr cas technology is a fixed technology? Sorry I can't help you with it. I mean it must have very little variables and it must be fixed.
