Hi, does anyone have the protocol to knockout heterozygous KRas mutation from the RPMI 8226 cell line?

I am trying to work with CRISPR Cas9 and our team is interested in working on KRas gene mutations, we haven't started as yet and are doing preliminary research currently... can anyone help me...
