I have some results related to estimate the crystalline size of nanoparticles through the Scherrer-Debye equation, as well as zeta potential values determined through the DLS technique. I am trying to link the above results and search for a suitable explanation.
Please provide more information:
1. Approx. size of particles
2. Composition of dispersion medium (e.g., salt concentration, pH)
3. Instrument used for zeta potential estimation
4. Mathematical model used for calculating zeta potential from electrophoretic mobility
Point 4 is important because the calculation requires information from both points 2 and 3. Depending on the those two points, it is possible to see an apparent size effect on zeta potential because the wrong model is being used.
